- Require specific versions of cvmfs and frontier-squid packages from osg
- Eliminate warning from find during publish on stratum 0
- Make remove_osg_repository work on stratum 0 or stratum 1
- Reverse the order of copy_config_osg when running as unprivileged user
on oasis-itb, so it copies to test config repo from user workspace
instead of vice versa.
